- Minimum 4 adults to go (Grouping with others travelers) are required to book this tour. If total number of group travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancel or to change date and you will received a notification e-mail 7 days prior departure.

Outskirt hotels pick up & drop off surcharge
- Additional charges of MYR 30.00 per pax per way are chargeable for outskirt hotels pick-ups. Outskirt charges applicable for hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area. Outskirt pick up will be 2 hours earlier (Subject to available)
- Kota Kinabalu Outskirt Hotels, like Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Karambunai, Borneo Beach Villa, Putatan town, Beringgis Beach Resort, Langkah Syabas, Szhnn Vacation Apartment, or places that not in the same route will have to take Grab or Taxi to town area to wait as the route are different.
Responsibilities guidelines
- In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather or other force major, Travel Operator have the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
- If either 1 activity (ATV or Paragliding) cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, a refund of Adult: RM50/pax, Child: Rm40/pax. Refunds will not be granted if travelers decide not to par-take in the activity due to private reason.
- If 2 activities (ATV + Paragliding) cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, a refund of Adult: RM100/pax, Child: Rm80/pax. Refunds will not be granted if travelers decide not to par-take in the activity due to private reason.
- Any cancellation due to flight delays, illnesses, emergencies, etc. shall be able to apply for a full refund. However, sufficient evidence must be provided to prove that it is not a malicious cancellation of the trip.
- Every guests are compulsory to participate in the guide's explanation and follow all instructions/arrangements based on the itinerary in order to ensure tour can be commenced smoothly. Each guest must also complete and sign a waiver of liability form prior to the tour.
- Activities are required to sign a disclaimer form. If the guest does not agree to sign, the guest will not be able to proceed with the tour. No refund will be entertained.
- Every guests are required to fill in general personal information after boarding the bus for passenger insurance purposes.
- Whether or not to cancel the trip shall be decided solely by the Paragliding & ATV operators after weighing the situation of the day, and the decision will be final, any objections will not be entertained.
- Mount Kinabalu belongs to highland area, and rainfalls are more frequent than anywhere in Malaysia. Rain does not affect the ATV ride itinerary, unless there are thunderstorms or landslides.
- For uncontrollable circumstances, such as: earthquakes, floods, riots, coups, road conditions, wind direction and speed, weather and other factors that may endanger the safety of tourists, Travel Operator reserves the right to amend the itinerary, date, route, meal, tour guide, time and other matters without prior notice.
- For children aged 3-11: Compulsory to ride with an adult.
- ATV- Person with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnant, recent surgery and weight over 130kg are not recommended to participate.
- Attention to double ride ATV: the maximum load of each ATV is only 130 kg.
- Paragliding - people with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnant, recent surgery and weight over 85kg are not recommended to participate.
- The time schedule of the itinerary may be varied, the aforementioned above is only for reference purposes.
- If you require a Korea Speaking Guide, please inform us with 14 days in advance. An additional fee of RM300 will be charged per each tour guide, directly pay for your guide on-site
- Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests come from different countries.
- Request Private Charter 6 – 10 Seater Vehicle, additional MYR300.00/vehicle. Kindly inform us before the tour commence.
- Kindly apologize if pick up time late due to festival or peak season or each Hotel guests preparation.
- Please wait at lobby 10 minutes before pick up time while the tour guide will find you when he/she arrived.
- We are following “On-time Policy” to considerate with other guests. Transportation will not wait for late arrivals at the 2nd confirmed Pick-Up Time schedule given. No refund will be compensate.
- For this Tour because is sit-in Coach basis. When finish tour we do not provide airport transfer.
- All visitors must wear mask and show us the covid test kit result before the tour start.

Cancellation & Amendment Policies
- Free cancellation 7 days before the tour commence.
- Less than 7 days or no show, full 100% charges.
- Any cancellation within 24 hours from the tour date is regarded as "Last Minute Cancellation" or "No Show" will be 100% chargeable.
- Amendment to booking after payment has been made is subject to approval and will be charge at a minimum of MYR150 per service amendment.
