Did your children enjoy the Try Mermaid lesson and want to learn more? With the Mermaid Explorer course, your child or children can deepen their learning, widen their experience and extend their fun of being a mermaid! For 12 hours, your kids will be given breath-holding lessons, different swimming techniques and strokes with a monofin, learn how to pose in a mermaid tail, and practice their mermaiding skills. If your kid wants to become a professional mermaid in the future, this course is a great start on their mermaiding journey.

Highlights

Mermaid swimming is a serious activity where one has to use core muscles and hips to create a “dolphin kick” movement under water, imitating the swimming action of a dolphin.
By using a ‘mono-fin’ which is similar to scuba fins, but, both feet are inserted into one large fin or flipper to replicate the tail of a mermaid.
Mermaid swimming can be a high intensity workout as its both a cardio and strength training and tones up your abs, thighs and glutes in addition to the normal upper body and arms.

PARTICIPATE POLICY

Minimum age of 6 – 11 years old and above is allow to participate (Based on year).
Children 0 – 5 years old is not allow to participate due to safety precaution.

Responsibilities Guidelines

In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather or other force majeure, Travel Operator have the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
Patients of following diseases are NOT ALLOW to participate the island tour: hypertension, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant woman
Requesting a Korean Speaking Guide, should inform you before the tour commences (Subject to Available). Payment MYR300.00 directly to the Tour Guide.
Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests who come from different countries.
Request Private Charter 6 – 10 Seater Vehicle, additional MYR300.00/vehicle. Kindly inform us before the tour commences.
Participants refrain from touching and teasing turtles, marine life and coral reefs. Anyone refraining will sit out the next.
While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during mid of the year or/and end of the year. Do be extra careful and inform our guides should you be stung. Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch.
You are strongly recommended to have your own personal travel insurance while traveling, to ensure a peace of mind.
If an accident(s) were to occur during the trip, all customers must return to the Jetty together. No refunds or change of date will be made.
Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels so please do re-confirm with our staff.
Travel Operator will not be held responsible, or in any way liable, for property losses, personal losses, accidents, injury, or death for any reason whatsoever, whether through any activities booked through us, or caused to you by third parties.

Cancellation & Amendment Policies

No refund for any cancellation or reduce pax once booking confirmed.
Amendment to booking after payment has been made is subject to approval and will be charge at a minimum of MYR150 per service amendment.
