Did your children enjoy the Try Mermaid lesson and want to learn more? With the Mermaid Explorer course, your child or children can deepen their learning, widen their experience and extend their fun of being a mermaid! For 12 hours, your kids will be given breath-holding lessons, different swimming techniques and strokes with a monofin, learn how to pose in a mermaid tail, and practice their mermaiding skills. If your kid wants to become a professional mermaid in the future, this course is a great start on their mermaiding journey.

Highlights

Mermaid swimming is a serious activity where one has to use core muscles and hips to create a “dolphin kick” movement under water, imitating the swimming action of a dolphin.
By using a ‘mono-fin’ which is similar to scuba fins, but, both feet are inserted into one large fin or flipper to replicate the tail of a mermaid.
Mermaid swimming can be a high intensity workout as its both a cardio and strength training and tones up your abs, thighs and glutes in addition to the normal upper body and arms.

Responsibilities guidelines

In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather or other force major, Travel Operator have the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
Kindly prepare your digital passport picture for registration.
Patients of following diseases are RESTRICTED to participate the Diving adventure: hypertension, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, pregnant woman.
If Participants have recurring medical history and insist to take the Diving Course or Diving, then they have to get the Doctor’s Letter of Consent but still subject to our decision approval.
If the Participants are unable to complete the Course or require skills within the stipulated course duration, an extra course of MYR300/pax/day/2 dives will be incurred.
All guests will be required to sign a Liability/Release Form (Waiver) before or upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the resort. No diving or snorkeling activities will be permitted until the said form is signed and witnessed.
Smoking is not permitted, except in the designated smoking areas. Please refrain from any other acts that could cause a fire in your room or anywhere in the Lodges. Smoking in a non-smoking guest room will result in charges to the occupying Guest for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, wallpaper and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.
Liability Release Form MUST be understood and signed by the participant before the tour and activities commerce.
Alcohol consumption during your dive or trip is NOT RECOMMENDED.
Participants are refrain from touching and teasing turtles, marine life and corals reef. Anyone refraining will sit out the next diving or snorkeling.
While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during mid of the year or/and end of the year. Do be extra careful and inform our guides should you be stung. Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch.
Request Private Charter 6 – 10 Seater Vehicle, additional MYR300.00/vehicle. Kindly inform us before the tour commence.
For this Tour because is sit-in Coach basis. When finish tour we do not provide airport transfer.
Customers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before traveling to Borneo.
